These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIVista website and related online content (collectively, the “Site”) provided by NTT DATA AIVista, Inc. (“AIVista,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
AIVista develops AI products that operationalize AI across enterprises, including enterprises operating in complex regulatory environments, and may collaborate with other NTT companies to support deployments.
2. Eligibility, Audience, and Authority
The Site is intended for business users and representatives of organizations.
No consumer use. AIVista does not offer products or services to consumers through this Site.
Enterprise customers under contract only. Any AIVista products or services are offered only to enterprise customers pursuant to a separate written agreement with AIVista (or an authorized NTT DATA affiliate).
3. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
4. Scope of These Terms (Informational Site)
This Site is informational only. It provides information about AIVista and its offerings.
Any products or services that AIVista may offer (including enterprise AI products, implementation services, and related governance capabilities) are provided, if at all, under separate written agreements (such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or subscription agreement). If there is a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that product or service.
5. Accounts
The Site does not currently require accounts for general access. If we add account-based features in the future, we may update these Terms accordingly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site and any content available in a way that violates law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models except to the extent prohibited by law.

- Upload, transmit, or provide content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates privacy or security obligations.

AIVista and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, including software, models, documentation, and website content, or has the necessary licenses from third parties to publish the content, images and information on the Site.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable written agreement.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on our Site are the property of AIVista o or other third parties. AIVista is a trademark of AIVista and/or its affiliates.
11. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant AIVista the right to use it without restriction or compensation, and without any obligation of confidentiality, unless required by law.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services (including NTT-related entities or external resources). We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability or performance.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AIVISTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AIVISTA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVISTA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION PRESENT, EVEN IF AIVISTA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk to the Site, other users, or AIVista. You may stop using the Site at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Terms.
16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: California, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Venue/Jurisdiction: personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Santa Clara County, State of California, U.S.A. courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
