The Senior AI Applied Scientist is responsible for advancing the company’s core AI capabilities and translating cutting-edge research into production-grade systems. This role sits at the intersection of research, product, and platform engineering, delivering the scientific direction of our AI strategy while ensuring measurable business impact. You will work on ambiguous research initiatives, define technical bets, and work cross-functionally to operationalize AI into reliable, scalable, and governed enterprise solutions.

The Senior AI engineer role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI capabilities – specifically, agentic infrastructure, model customizations, and deploying agentic workflows in some of the world’s largest enterprises. The role will also require software engineering to build scalable and efficient software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy these capabilities within enterprises. The Senior AI Engineer will also focus on continuous improvement of algorithms, troubleshooting technical issues, and working on customer feedback on our capabilities.
